REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS CITY OF NORTH ADAMS RFP No. NA-2026-014 M.G.L. c. 30B - Real Property Disposition The City of North Adams and the Airport Commission, through the Chief Procurement Officer, are accepting proposals for the lease of building space and the development of a dining establishment on property adjacent to the Airport Administration Building at the North Adams Municipal Airport. Proposals will be received until 1:00 p.m. on Friday, August 28, 2026, at the Office of Procurement, City Hall, Room 201, 10 Main Street, North Adams, MA 01247, at which time and place they will be publicly opened and recorded. The property will be leased to the proposer submitting the most advantageous proposal, if determined to be in the best interest of the City. This solicitation is being conducted in accordance with the provisions of M.G.L. c. 30B, and any resulting lease shall be awarded in accordance with the requirements of the solicitation. The City reserves the right to waive informalities, negotiate with the successful proposer, or reject any or all proposals. The City of North Adams shall not be liable for any costs incurred by proposers in preparing or submitting proposals. Solicitation documents may be obtained from Thomas D. Peterson, Chief Procurement Officer, Office of Procurement, City Hall, Room 201, 10 Main Street, North Adams, MA 01247, or by email at tpeterson@northadams-ma.gov. Complete sets of solicitation documents shall be used in preparing proposals. The City assumes no responsibility for errors or misinterpretations resulting from the use of incomplete sets of documents or from modifications to the documents, including electronic conversion. Proposers shall examine all information and materials contained in and accompanying this solicitation. Failure to do so shall be at the proposer's own risk. A pre-proposal briefing, question-and-answer session, and site visit will be held for the convenience of prospective proposers on Thursday, August 20, 2026, at 1:00 p.m., at the North Adams Municipal Airport Administration Building.
