Bombardier to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as mortgagee, as nominee for Academy Mortgage Corporation, its successors and assigns, dated April 22, 2016, and recorded in Berkshire County (Middle District) Registry of Deeds in Book 5732, Page 48, as affected by a Loan Modification Agreement dated December 7, 2022, and recorded at said Registry of Deeds in Book 7367, Page 330, and further affected by a Loan Modification Agreement dated March 4, 2025, and recorded at said Registry of Deeds in Book 7796, Page 58, and now held by the Plaintiff by assignment, has/have filed with thiscourt a complaint for determination of Defendant's/Defendants' Servicemembers status. If you now are, or recently have been, in the active military service of the United States of America, then you may be entitled to the benefits of the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act.
