TOWN OF LENOX NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BOARD OF SELECTMEN Notice is hereby given that a hearing will be held by the Board of Selectmen in their capacity as Licensing Board on an application for a new annual all alcoholic Restaurant license which has been filed with the Local Licensing Board by Poshan Provisions LLC, d/b/a Indra, Sofia Christinat, Manager, for premises located at 242 Pittsfield Road, Lenox and consisting 4000 sqft building in 3 parts: front of house dining area, kitchen and second floor apartment. The 2000 sq foot dining area is 3 parts: main dining room, bar/lounge and outdoor patio. The dining room holds 68 seats, the bar has 7 stools and 4 chairs in the lounge and the patio has 24 seats, total seats 103. There is one main entrance/exit in the front of the building, one door leading to the patio, another outdoor exit off the patio and an exit off the main dining room.
