TOWN OF LENOX CONERVATION COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Pursuant to Chapter 131 Section 40 Massachusetts General Laws, the Lenox Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing at the Lenox Town Hall on Thursday October 15th at 7:00PM on the subject of a Request for Determination of Applicability filed by Casella Waste Systems for property located at 64 Willow Creek Road. The project involves minor paving and stormwater improvements that will partially occur in Bordering Land Subject to Flooding.
