Planning Board Town of Great Barrington Public Hearing The Great Barrington Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing pursuant to MGL Ch. 40A, s. 5, on Thursday, October 15, 2026 at 6:00 PM, at the Great Barrington Fire Station, 37 State Road, Great Barrington, MA 01230, to provide an opportunity for the public to comment on the proposal to amend the Town's zoning bylaw by deleting Section 7.10.2, Room Limits, in its entirety, thereby eliminating the maximum number of rental rooms in a hotel or motel. The proposal may be reviewed in the Town Clerk's office at Town Hall, 334 Main Street, or by emailing the Town Planner, crembold@townofgbma.gov. Any person wishing to be heard on this matter should attend the Hearing or submit comments in writing to the Town Clerk by 12 noon the day of the Hearing.
