TOWN OF WILLIAMSTOWN, MA INVITATION FOR BIDS Sealed bids are requested for the Berlin Road Culvert Stabilization Project consisting of installation of a 112" x 75"x60' structural pipe arch slip liner within an existing 136" x 84"x60' culvert, annular grouting, bulkhead construction, dewatering, restoration, and related work.
