PUBLIC HEARING ADAMS ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS In accordance with the Adams Zoning Bylaws and requirements of MGL c. 40A, the following public hearing will be conducted at the Town Hall, Mahogany Room, 1st floor, 8 Park Street, Adams, MA on Tuesday, October 13, 2026, at 6:00 P.M. Application of Maria Holman for property located at 9 Morningside Avenue (Map 116, Parcel 31) requesting a Variance under 125-11 (Intensity of Use Schedule) of the Adams Zoning Bylaw to grant relief from the side yard setback requirements to construct a deck that encroaches between 5 and 13 feet into the required 15-foot setback in a R-3 Zoning District.
