NOTICE OF TAX SALE The resident and non-resident owners, lien holders and mortgagees of property in the Town of Stamford, in the County of Bennington, and State of Vermont, are hereby notified that the taxes assessed by such Town for the municipal tax years beginning January 1, 2024 and January 1, 2025, and for school district taxes for the fiscal years beginning July 1, 2024 and July 1, 2025, remain, either in whole or in part, unpaid on the following described property in such Town, to wit: It being all and the same lands and premises conveyed to Andover Hills Inc. by virtue of the following three deeds: 1. Quitclaim Deed of Mountain Lake Properties, Inc. dated April 25, 1997 and recorded May 7, 1997 in Book 53 at Page 345 of the Stamford Land Records; 2. Quitclaim Deed of Mountain Lake Properties, Inc. dated April 25, 1997 and recorded May 7, 1997 in Book 53 at Page 347 of the Stamford Land Records; and 3. Trustees' Deed of Elana Zucker and Brian Zucker, Trustees of the Elana Zucker Living Trust Dated February 26, 2006, dated August 20, 2012 and recorded September 4, 2012 in Book 82 at Page 367 of the Stamford Land Records. (Parcel #00SH10073R.000, E911: 2260 Main Rd.) And pursuant to 32 V.S.A. 5254, such property will be sold at public auction at the Stamford Town Office, a public place located on Main Road in the Town of Stamford, on the 24th day of September, 2026, at 1:00 p.m., as shall be requisite to discharge such taxes with costs, unless previously paid. Be advised that the owner or mortgagee, or the owner's or mortgagee's representatives or assigns, of lands sold for taxes and assessments shall have a right to redemption for a period of one year from the date of sale pursuant to 32 V.S.A. 5260.
