Town of Tyringham Conservation Commission Notice is hereby given that the Tyringham Conservation Commission will hold a remote public hearing on August 13, 2026 at 7:00 PM via Zoom only to act on a Request for Determination of Applicability filed by David & Barbara Garlock, 43 Cooper Creek Road . The applicant wishes to remove 14 dead or dying trees and flush cut to stump. Copies are on file at the Town Hall and can be viewed Monday through Thursday 9 AM to 2 PM. A live link to the Zoom meeting can be found on the Conservation Commission's agenda on the town's website www.tyringham-ma.gov. All interested persons should attend the public hearing or submit comments in writing to the Conservation Commission at tyrcc01264@gmail.com.
