TOWN OF LEE NOTICE TO BIDDERS RFQ Corn Hill Farm Trail 2026 The Town of Lee, Massachusetts, through the Town Administrator, is requesting quotations for the construction of a trail at the Town Farm Conservation Area that complies with the U.S. Forest Service Trail Accessibility Guidelines (FSTAG). Bid documents will be available beginning August 5, 2026. A mandatory pre-bid site visit will be held on August 13, 2026, at 10am at 300 Stockbridge Road, Lee, MA. Questions from bidders must be submitted no later than 4pm on August 19, 2026. Sealed bids, clearly marked "Corn Hill Farm Trail," must be received by the Office of the Procurement Officer, Town Administrator's Office, 32 Main Street, Lee, MA 01238, no later than 2pm on August 26, 2026, at which time bids will be considered received.
