PUBLIC HEARING ADAMS ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS In accordance with the Adams Zoning Bylaws and requirements of MGL c. 40A, the following public hearing will be conducted at the Town Hall, Mahogany Room, 1st floor, 8 Park Street, Adams, MA on August 11, 2026, at 6:00 P.M. Application of Stephen Stenson for property located at 19-25 Park Street (Map 115, Parcel 9) requesting twelve (12) separate Variances under 125-3 of the Adams Zoning Bylaw to obtain relief from the Sign regulations. The specific requests for relief include: 125-15 F (4a) to install three signs exceeding the 16 sq. ft. limit; 125-15 F (3) to install one business directory sign which exceeds the specified size limit; 125-15 F(4c) to install five signs exceeding the 48 sq. ft. limit for combined frontages; and 125-15 B (3) to install three neon window signs exceeding window area limits, in an B1 Zoning District.
