ADVERTISEMENT The Pittsfield Housing Authority Housing Authority, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Contractors for the Wahconah Heights Elderly 667-1A Development for the Pittsfield Housing Authority in Pittsfield, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by Hill Engineers, Architects, Planners, Inc. The Project consists of: Remove and replace asphalt entrance drives and parking areas with new hot mix asphalt. The work is estimated to cost $220,961.00 Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.30 39M & to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.l49 26 to 27H inclusive. General Bids will be received until 2:00 p.m., Friday August 14, 2026 and publicly opened, forthwith. This project is being Electronically Bid (E-Bid).
