TOWN OF LEE, MASSACHUSETTS ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, July 8th, 2026 at 5:30 pm in accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A, Section 5 regarding Town of Lee Zoning Bylaws Sections 199-3.2 for the property at 165 Housatonic Street, owner Garden Management, Inc., in the "CBC" and "R-20" zoning districts (Map 19, Lot 4). The nature of the hearing is to present and discuss the request for a Special Permit for construction of a building within the Floodplain District. The meeting will be held in the Lee Town Hall Courtroom at 32 Main Street and via Zoom. Log-in information will be available at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting on the Town of Lee website (www.leema.gov). Comments may be submitted to the Zoning Board of Appeals via brooke.healy@leema.gov. Copies of the materials are available for review in the office of Town Clerk and the Planning Board.
