Gleason Revocable Living Trust, apparently an unrecorded and unregistered trust referred to in the deed recorded in Book 1001 and Page 26 at the Northern Berkshire Registry of Deeds; Estelle V. Gleason, Individually and as Trustee of said Estelle V. Gleason Revocable Living Trust, deceased, formerly of Lee, Berkshire County, said Commonwealth; Lawrence A. Gleason, now or formerly of Lee, Berkshire County, said Commonwealth; William T. Gleason, now or formerly of Brooks, in the State of Georgia; Patricia H. Gillett, now or formerly of Rio Rancho, in the State of New Mexico; or their heirs, devisees, legal representatives, successors and assigns: Whereas, a certain complaint has been presented to said Court by the Town of Lanesborough, in the County of Berkshire, and said Commonwealth, to foreclose all rights of redemption from the tax lien proceeding described in said complaint in and concerning a certain parcel of land situate in said Lanesborough, in the County of Berkshire, and in said Commonwealth, bounded and described in said complaint as follows: Land located at Hobomack Avenue in Lanesborough, containing about 0.21acres, described as Parcel: 113 112 by the Lanesborough Board of Assessors, and identified in Book 1001 Page 26 at the Northern Berkshire Registry of Deeds. If you desire to make any objection or defense to said complaint you or your attorney must file a written appearance and an answer, under oath, setting forth clearly and specifically your objections or defense to each part of said complaint, in the office of the Recorder of said Court in Boston (at the Courthouse located on Three Pemberton Square, Room 507 in Boston, MA 02108), on or before the twenty-ninth day of March in the year two thousand and twenty-one. Unless an appearance is so filed by or for you, your default will be recorded, the said complaint will be taken as confessed and you will be forever barred from contesting said complaint or any judgment entered thereon. And in addition to the usual service of this notice as required by law, it is ordered that the foregoing citation be published forthwith once in the Berkshire Eagle a newspaper published in Pittsfield.
