TOWN OF LENOX Zoning Board of Appeals Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that on Wednesday, July 1st, 2026 at 7:00pm, the Lenox ZBA will hear the petition of Linda Law, trustee of the Linda Law Trust, concerning property located at 310 Old Stockbridge Road (Map 30, Parcel 4) in the R1A Zoning District. The petitioner is seeking a modification of the existing Special Permit (Middle Berkshire Registry of Deeds, Book 6094, Page 267) under 8.2 "Resorts" of the Zoning Bylaw to allow a 74-key hotel resort, including restaurant and spa uses, as well as the construction of up to 38 single-family residences on the property. Application materials are on file with the Lenox Town Clerk for viewing during normal business hours, and on the Town of Lenox Zoning Board of Appeals website.
