Egremont Planning Board Public Hearing Notice The Egremont Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, June 30, 2026, at 5:30 PM, via Zoom, on the application of Greenagers, Inc. for an Annual Special Permit for a Community or Farm Event at the Greenagers property, 62 N, Undermountain Road, South Egremont, Massachusetts, located in the Rural/Residential District Greenagers, Inc. requests an Annual Special Permit to allow one recurring annual fundraising gala, to be held on the second Friday of August each year, with related temporary event facilities and operations. The application is made pursuant to Section 5.2.4, Community or Farm Event, including Section 5.2.4.1, which defines the use as an accessory use to an active agricultural, commercial, or nonprofit principal use; Section 5.2.4.2, requiring compliance with the special permit provisions; Section 5.2.4.3, establishing the contents and conditions for an Annual Special Permit; and Section 5.2.4.4, allowing an Annual Special Permit to be renewable annually upon application to the Planning Board and proof of compliance with the original permit conditions.
