Blache to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Academy Mortgage Corporation, dated May 31, 2016, and recorded in Berkshire County (Middle District) Registry of Deeds in Book 5749, Page 288, as affected by a Loan Modification dated December 22, 2022, and recorded in Said Registry of Deeds in Book 7597, Page 308, and now held by plaintiff by assignment, has/have filed with this court a complaint for determination of Defendant's/Defendants' Servicemembers status. If you now are, or recently have been, in the active military service of the United States of America, then you may be entitled to the benefits of the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act.
