The Commission will consider, subject to the Wetlands Protection Act (310 CMR 10.00) and MGL Chapter 141, 40, the following applications: 7:00 PM A Request for Determination of Applicability Alan & Robyn Cooper for a single family home at 234 Sweet Farm Road. Proposed work includes a new single family home and other associated site improvements. Work will occur in wetland buffer zone, parcel 108 - 38.15.
