RICHMOND, MASSACHUSETTS NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Town of Richmond will hold a public hearing regarding the Renewal Cable License of Spectrum Northeast, LLC, an indirect subsidiary of Charter Communications on Wednesday, February 25, 2026, at 6:00 P.M. at Town Hall - 1751 State Road - and by zoom. Subject to final review and consideration, it is anticipated that the Town, by and through its Board of Selectmen as Cable Television Licensing Authority, will subsequently approve a final Renewal License Agreement document and issue a Renewal License to Spectrum. The public is invited to attend, pose questions and/or comment. The public hearing is being held pursuant to Massachusetts Cable Law (Chapter 166A, Section 13 of the General Laws) and the Massachusetts cable license renewal regulations at 207 C.M.R. 3.05, as well as 626(h) of the federal Cable Act (47 USC Section 546(h) and any other applicable laws, regulations and requirements regarding the renewal of the cable television license. A copy of the proposed Renewal License to be considered at the hearing is available for review on the Town website richmondma.org and is available for review and/or copying at a reasonable fee from the office of the Town Clerk at Town Hall - 1751 State Road during regular business hours.
