Skidmore to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as mortgagee, as nominee for Academy Mortgage Corporation, dated April 25, 2022, and recorded at Berkshire County (Middle District) Registry of Deeds in Book 7176, Page 209, and now held by the plaintiff by assignment, has/have filed with this court a complaint for determination of Defendant's/Defendants' Servicemembers status.
