STOCKBRIDGE MA - REQUEST FOR SERVICES (RFS) OWNER'S PROJECT MANAGER (OPM) The Town of Stockbridge, Massachusetts, acting as the Awarding Authority, invites sealed proposals from qualified Owner's Project Managers (OPM) for services related to the Fire/EMS Station Feasibility Study, located in Stockbridge, Massachusetts. OPM services shall be procured in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 149, Section 44A1/2, and Chapter 7C. Proposals will be evaluated on a qualifications-based selection process. Fee proposals, if required, shall be opened only after ranking of proposers based on qualifications.
