Request for Proposals - Sale of Municipal Real Estate The Town of Windsor will receive proposals for the sale, disposition and clean-up/rehabilitation of the following parcel of land: 54 Access Road, #5, Assessors' Map 005.0, Block 0000, Lot 0076.0, Windsor, MA, containing an area of 59,242 +/- square feet of land. The highest and most responsive Proposal will be selected. The selected respondent will be required to execute a purchase and sale agreement and submit an initial deposit in the form of a Treasurers Check or Certified Bank Check, made payable to the Town of Windsor, in the amount of $2,500.00 within twenty-four (24) hours of the acceptance of the Proposal by the Town. The Town of Windsor has set a minimum proposed purchase price of $5,000.00 for the property. The Town of Windsor reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals and to reject any Proposals which do not conform to the requirements of the Request for Proposals. Proposals are to be addressed to: Town of Windsor, Office of the Town Administrator, 1890 Route 9 Suite 1, Windsor, MA 01270. Envelopes should reference: "Property Disposition - 54 Access Road, #5."
