CITY OF PITTSFIELD, SCHOOL DEPARTMENT INVITATION FOR BID The Pittsfield Public Schools, acting through the School Committee and Assistant School Business Manager, will receive sealed bids for: IFB# 26-2 School Bus Video & Monitoring System. Bid procedures will be in accordance with the latest edition of M.G.L. Chapter 30B. Said bids will be received until 1:00 PM December 19, 2025, at the School Business Office at 269 First Street Pittsfield MA 01201 which time all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Any bids received after the specified time will not be accepted. All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked "SEALED BID ENCLOSED IFB #26-2 SCHOOL BUS VIDEO & MONITORING SYSTEM." Said bids will be addressed to the Assistant School Business Manager, Mercer Administration Building, 269 First Street, Pittsfield, MA 01201. The Pittsfield Public Schools Assistant School Business Manager reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals or to waive any informality in the proposing.
