Chase to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Reverse Mortgage Funding LLC, dated April 20, 2022, and recorded in the Berkshire County (Southern District) Registry of Deeds in Book 2773, Page 282, and now held by the Plaintiff by assignment, has/have filed with this court a complaint for determination of Defendant's/Defendants' Servicemembers status.
