TOWN OF LENOX Zoning Board of Appeals Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that on November 19, 2025 at 7pm the Lenox ZBA will hear the petition of Claire Collery of the Apple Tree Inn for property located at 10 Richmond Mountain Road (Map 5, Parcel 7) in the R3A Residential Zoning District. The petitioner is seeking a special permit pursuant to 5.3.2 to reconfigure the existing non-conforming use structure. The proposed alterations include renovation of the existing building resulting in a 92 sq. ft. reduction in footprint, as well as expansion of existing parking.
