TOWN OF WASHINGTON CONSERVATION COMMISSION Notice of Public Hearing The Washington Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing to review a Notice of Intent submitted by Foresight Land Services, Inc. on behalf of the applicant Glenda Boykin. The proposed work is for the construction of a single family home and stream crossing driveway on South Washington Rd. between 929 and 1013 South Washington Rd- Parcel Number 207-0026-00. This hearing is in accordance with M.G.L. Chapter 131, Section 40, the Wetlands Protection Act. The public hearing will be held on November 6 at 6:00p.m. at Washington Town Hall, 8 Summit Hill Road, Washington. Copies of the plan and application are on file in the Town Clerk's Office in Town Hall, and may be viewed during regular business hours of 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. on Mondays, notwithstanding holidays.
