BIDWELL HOUSE MUSEUM INVITATION FOR BIDS The Bidwell House Museum is inviting sealed bids from qualified bidders for building improvements at 100 Art School Road, Monterey. Scope includes timber sill replacement, reconstruction of masonry steps, bulkhead door, gutter repairs, lightning protection, and barn doors. Project is funded in part by Mass. Historical Commission grant MPPF31; work shall comply with MHC and historic preservation standards. Bidders shall provide references for similar recent work on at least 3 historic buildings. Obtain bid documents and plans via email only bidwellhouse@gmail.com, providing a name and email address for communication, on/after 9:00 AM 10/30/25.
