Baldwin, Jr., as Ancillary Administrator of the Estate of Evelyn J. Shultis to Owen D. Shultis, dated February 27, 1998 and recorded in the Berkshire Southern District Registry of Deeds in Book 1058, Page 175 on April 6, 1998, and WHEREAS, the Berkshire Superior Court has ordered that service of process on you may be made by publication, TAKE NOTICE, in order to preserve your rights, you or your attorney should file an answer in said Court at Pittsfield, in said County of Berkshire, on or before the 20th day after this date of publication, which day is the return day of this subpoena, or judgment by default may enter against you.
