TOWN OF RICHMOND PLANNING BOARD NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING: SUBDIVISION OF 257 CONE HILL ROAD The Planning Board, with the authority vested by Section 81-Q of Chapter 41 of the Massachusetts General Laws, will hold a Public Hearing on October 15, 2025 at 6:30 pm at Richmond Town Hall, 1751 State Road. The subject of the public hearing is a definitive subdivision plan for property located at 257 Cone Hill Road submitted by owners James P. Scalise, II and James M. Scalise, II. The owners intend to create two conforming lots with frontage on Cone Hill Road (lot one) and frontage on a new private road with access from Cone Hill Road (lot two).
