CITY OF PITTSFIELD, SCHOOL DEPARTMENT REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS The Pittsfield Public Schools, acting through the School Committee and Assistant School Business Administrator will receive sealed proposals for: Taconic Early Education and Care. Proposal procedures will be in accordance with the latest edition of M.G.L. Chapter 30B. Said proposals will be addressed to the Assistant School Business Administrator, Mercer Administration Building, 269 First Street, Pittsfield, MA 01201. These proposals will be received until 9:00 AM October 28, 2025. Any proposals received after the specified time will not be accepted. All proposals will be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked "SEALED PROPOSAL ENCLOSED RFP#26-1 Taconic Early Education and Care." All proposers may obtain complete sets of plans and specifications at the School Business Office. The Pittsfield Public Schools Assistant School Business Administrator reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals or to waive any informality in the proposing. Also reserved is the right to reject, for cause, any proposal in part or whole, if it is judged by the Assistant School Business Administrator that the best interests of the City will be served thereby.
