Rehabilitation of the Historic Mount Washington Schoolhouse Bid Request The Town of Mount Washington ("Town") invites sealed bids from contractors for the Rehabilitation of the Historic Mount Washington Schoolhouse Specifications for this job are outlined in the Bid Proposal (https://mountwashington-ma.gov/bids-rfp/) and are available upon request at townofficemanager@mountwashington-ma.gov as of Wednesday, September 10, and must be strictly followed. Filed Sub-bids for Electrical Work will be opened at Town Hall, located at 2 Plantain Pond Road, Mount Washington, MA 01258 on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. local time. General Bids will be opened at the same location on Wednesday, October 8, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. Complete instructions for filing Bids are included in the Instructions to Bidders. Proposals must be sealed and clearly marked "Rehabilitation of the Historic Mount Washington Schoolhouse". Bids received after the deadline will be returned unopened. No Bidder may withdraw his/her Bid for a period of ninety (90) days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and legal holidays, after the actual date of the opening of the General Bids.
