ADVERTISEMENT The Lee Housing Authority, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Contractors for the "Paint Exterior of East Building (EOHLC 150502)" project, W.J. Brown Memorial Court (667-1), 155 Marble Street, Lee, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by Jody Barker, AIA | Architecture + Design, LLC. The Project consists of: Repainting the exterior of the east side building of the development. The work is estimated to cost $ 79,000.00. Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 44A-J & to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.l49 26 to 27H inclusive. General Bids will be received until 2:00 p.m., Friday, August 22, 2025 and publicly opened, forthwith. This project is being Electronically Bid (E-Bid).
