The Complaint is about a parcel of land located in the Town of Dalton, Berkshire County, Massachusetts, described in the Complaint as follows: Approximately 2,178 Square Feet located at 28 River St. shown on the Assessors' Map 21 Block 93 Lot 6341 and recorded at the Central Berkshire Registry of Deeds Book 1102 Page 0434. To respond to the Complaint, you or your attorney must take these steps by the Deadline to Answer, which is September 8, 2025. First, prepare a written Answer.
