West Stockbridge Planning Board NOTICE of PUBLIC HEARING, July 15, 2025, 7:15 pm, for a Special Permit Amendment application by Two Harris St. LLC, 2 Harris St, West Stockbridge MA. The applicant seeks a Special Permit to amend an existing Special Permit issued on Dec 5, 2022 and amended on Oct 3, 2024. The current amendments applied for are to modify conditions 3, 4, and 5 and to add condition 10. The amendments are in accordance with the Order of Remand issued by the Land Court on June 6, 2025 for Land Court cases No. 22 MISC 000672 and No. 24 MISC 000605. The hearing will be held at the Town Hall, 21 State Line Rd.
