C. 50 3901 (et seq): Citigroup Mortgage Loan Trust 2022-RP1 by U.S. Bank Trust National Association, not in its individual capacity, but solely as Owner Trustee claiming to have an interest in a Mortgage covering real property in Pittsfield, numbered 37 Broadview Terrace, given by William J. Mahoney and Sheryll L. Mahoney to Argent Mortgage Company, LLC., dated January 8, 2004, and recorded in Berkshire County (Middle District) Registry of Deeds in Book 2830, Page 131, and now held by the Plaintiff by assignment, has/have filed with this court a complaint for determination of Defendant's/Defendants' Servicemembers status. If you now are, or recently have been, in the active military service of the United States of America, then you may be entitled to the benefits of the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act.
