Commonwealth of Massachusetts Town of New Marlborough INVITATION TO BID Rubber Chip Seal Various Roads The New Marlborough Highway Department, acting through the Board of Selectmen, will accept sealed bids for Rubber Chip Seal Various Roads. It is estimated that the projects will take a total of approximately 57,143 square yards of rubber chip seal. All materials and workmanship are to meet the latest MassDOT specifications. The contract contains a price adjustment provision for liquid asphalt mixture to be determined at the bid opening. Bid packages will be available at the Highway Department Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. to noon beginning Wednesday 4/9/2025; by calling (413)229-8165; or by emailing a request to LWORTH@NEWMARLBOROUGHMA.GOV. Sealed bids will be accepted until 11:00 am Wednesday 4/23/2025 at the Highway Department, P.O. Box 99/603 Mill River Southfield Road, Mill River, MA 01244, at which time they will be opened and read aloud.
