LEGAL NOTICE INVITATION FOR BIDS BCC 25-009 HR Office The BERKSHIRE COMMUNITY COLLEGE, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Contractors for the HR Office in Pittsfield, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by NAULT ARCHITECTS INC. The Project consists of but not limited to: Reconfigure existing storage area to create new office space for HR staff. Work includes the creation of a new door opening from the corridor, infilling an area with a new wall, new finishes, including lighting and reconfigured HVAC. Work also includes removal of an existing window and creation of a new opening for the relocated window and associated masonry work. The work is estimated to cost $55,000.00. Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 44A-J & to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.149 26 to 27H inclusive. THIS PROJECT IS BEING ELECTRONICALLY BID AND HARD COPY BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
