City of North Adams Public Hearing The North Adams Office of Community Development (OCD) will conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, March 19, 2025 at 6:00 pm in the first floor Council Chambers, Room 106 of City Hall. The purpose of this hearing is to review and to receive commentary upon the same as to the City's grant application to the FY'2025 CDBG Mini-Entitlement Program of the Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities for roadway improvements to Tremont, Beacon, and Wesleyan streets, and a fourth phase of work upon a new parking lot on the northerly side for the Spitzer Senior Center. Any person or organization present will be afforded the opportunity to comment. Written comments are also welcomed by close of business at 4:30 pm on 03-21-25. In case of postponement due to inclement weather, an alternative date of March 26, same time and place, has been selected.
