Town of Mount Washington Public Hearing for CDBG Application The Town of Mount Washington's Select Board will hold a Public Hearing at 7:00 PM, Monday, March 17, 2025, at the Mount Washington Town Hall, 2 Plantain Pond Road, Mount Washington, MA 01258 to discuss the submittal of a FY25 New Marlborough-Mount Washington-Otis CDBG Housing Rehabilitation grant application and to receive public comment on the submittal. The single activity proposed in this application is a Housing Rehabilitation Program on behalf of the residents of the towns of New Marlborough, Mount Washington, and Otis, for approximately $1,250,000 in funding to rehabilitate up to 15 homes. This application is being drafted and submitted by Berkshire Regional Planning Commission (BRPC) on behalf of the towns of New Marlborough, Mount Washington, and Otis. Residents of all towns are invited to attend and comment. Any person or organization wishing to be heard will be afforded an opportunity to be heard. Allowance will be made for submittal of written comments by those wishing to do so.
