Dalton Conservation Commission Pursuant to M.G.L. Chapter 131, Section 40, the MA Wetlands Protection Act, the Dalton Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, February 18th at 7 pm virtually by Zoom to act on a Notice of Intent submitted by the Town of Dalton for the reconstruction of Orchard Road. A portion of the proposed work is within the riparian of the Housatonic River. Interested parties can access the hearing by visiting mytowngovernment.org/01226 or Dalton-ma.gov.
