Chapter 131, Section 40, the MA Wetlands Protection Act, the Dalton Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, February 18th at 7 pm virtually by Zoom to act on a Request for Determination of Applicability submitted by Wahconah Country Club for the installation of a dry well riser on an existing dry well in the Housatonic River.
