NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING DALTON PLANNING BOARD Dalton Senior Center and via Zoom 40 Field St. Ext. Dalton, MA 0126 February 19th, 2025 7:00 P.M. Notice is hereby given that the Dalton Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing in person and via Zoom on February 19th, 2025 at 7:00 pm for all parties interested in the proposed amendments to the current Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) bylaw to bring the by-laws into compliance with the new state regulations regarding ADU's from the Executive Office of Housing and Living Communities (EHLOC). The Board will be presenting information and the proposed bylaw text at this meeting. Following this, the Board will take for public comments. Comments will be taken into consideration when writing the final draft of the bylaw.
