Ch. 40A, Sec. 11, you are hereby notified that an application has been made by Ray Robert to the Planning Board for a special permit renewal regarding heavy manufacturing and other permitted operations on the property. The property is located at 190 Hubbard Avenue, Dalton (Assessors' Map 124, Lot 8 and 9). The application is on file at the office of the Town Clerk. The Board will hear the proposal and a period will be open for public input. This input will be taken into consideration when considering conditions for the renewal.
