LEGAL NOTICE TOWN OF LEE, MASSACHUSETTS INVITATION TO BID BUILDING REMEDIATION & DEMOLITION / REMOVAL at 35/41 RAILROAD STREET LEE, MA Sealed bids for building remediation / demolition / legal removal and disposal for existing structures located at 35/41 Railroad Street, Lee, MA will be received at the Office of the Town Manager, 32 Main Street, Lee, MA until 2:00 p.m. local time on February 26, 2025. At that time all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Contractors are also required to include a bid bond (5%) at the time of bid receipt. If awarded a contract, a performance and payment bond (100%) will be required as well as compliance with all terms of the contract. Copies of the bid packages may be obtained on or after February 5, 2025. Complete bid documents can be obtained through the Owner's Project Manager (OPM).
