TOWN OF LEE, MASSACHUSETTS PLANNING BOARD NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, January 27th, 2025 at 6:15 pm in accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A, Section 5 regarding Town of Lee Zoning Bylaws Sections 199-4.2 K. (2) (c) for warehousing for the property at 35 Limestone Road, owner William Brunell, in the "OPLI" zoning district (Parcel ID 030.0-0000-0067.F). The nature of the hearing is to present and discuss the amendment request for the Special Permit for 35 Limestone Road, which was approved by the Planning Board in January of 2024. This request is approval to "change the size of the proposed buildings as follows: Building #1 - Office, increase from 40'x60' (2,400 s.f.) to 40'x80' (3,200 s.f.), Building #2 - Storage Units, increase from 30'x160' (4,800 s.f.) to 30'x190' (5,700 s.f.), Building #3 - Storage Units, increase from 40'x120' (4,800 s.f.) to 40'x156' (6,240 s.f.), with no change for Building #4 - Warehouse, 60'x80' + 12'x30' (5,160 s.f.). Additionally, the proposed paved area will be increased by 0.2 acres, from 1.3 to 1.5 acres. The proposed gravel parking area will be reduced by the equal amount from 0.6 to 0.4 acres." The meeting will be held in the Lee Town Hall Courtroom at 32 Main Street and via Zoom.
