TOWN OF LEE REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS The Town of Lee, ("Town"), acting through its Board of Assessors invites sealed proposals from qualified companies to provide revaluation services both for the Town's ongoing Valuation Maintenance for FY2027 and FY2029, Re-Valuation for FY2028 and the Cyclical Re-Inspection Program of Improved Real Property and Commercial /Industrial Property. Specifications for this job and other pertinent information may be obtained from the Office of the Board of Assessors, 32 Main Street, Lee, MA, during regular office hours Monday, Wednesday 8:30 am to 4:00 pm, Tuesday, Thursday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm and Friday 8:30 am to 12:30 pm. Completed proposals must be received at the Office of the Board of Assessors, 32 Main Street, Lee, MA 01238, 3:00 p.m. on Monday, December 29, 2025. Proposals must be sealed and clearly marked "Proposal for Valuation Services". The Board of Selectmen is the awarding authority and reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive minor informalities or irregularities in any proposal and to make an award in any manner consistent with the law and deemed to be in the best interests of the Town of Lee.
