Town of Otis Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 40A, Section 5 of the Massachusetts General Laws that the Otis Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, December 9th, 2024 at 7:00 pm at the Otis Town Hall (1 North Main Road, Otis, MA) for the following proposed amendments to the Otis General & Zoning Bylaws: (1) renumber and recaption Chapter 150, Zoning, of the Code of the Town of Otis, by (a) renumbering each section and subsection of the bylaw accordingly; (b) inserting article, section and subsection titles; and (c) updating internal references to reflect the new numbering system, all as set forth in the Final Draft of the Code of the Town of Otis, dated November 2024, on file with the Town Clerk, or what it will do in relation thereto. (2) adopt the following changes to the Zoning Bylaw as set forth in the Final Draft of the Code of the Town of Otis, dated November 2024, on file with the Town Clerk, or what it will do in relation thereto. The text of this proposed amendments to the Zoning Bylaws is on file with the Town Clerk and may be inspected by making arrangements with the Town Clerk. All interested parties are invited to attend.
