COMMONWEALTH OF MASSACHUSETTS LAND COURT DEPARTMENT OF THE TRIAL COURT COMPLAINT TO FORECLOSE TAX LIEN seal No. 21 TL 000369 TO ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN, and to any former stockholders, officers, creditors, and any other persons claiming any interest in Isodore Goodman, Inc., a dissolved Massachusetts corporation formerly located in Pittsfield, Berkshire County, and said Commonwealth; Isodore Goodman as he was President, Treasurer, and Secretary of said Isodore Goodman, Inc., deceased, formerly of Pittsfield, Berkshire County, and said Commonwealth; and as he was both an officer and/or director of said Isodore Goodman, Inc.; Pearl Goodman, deceased, formerly of Pittsfield, Berkshire County, and said Commonwealth; Carol Goodman Kaufman, now or formerly of Worcester, Worcester County and said Commonwealth; Liza Burns, formerly known as Liza Hollander, now or formerly of Tolland in the State of Connecticut; Bank of America, National Association, successor to Multibank West, duly existing and having an usual place of business in Charlotte in the State of North Carolina, Commonwealth of Massachusetts (Department of Environmental Protection); Commonwealth of Massachusetts (Office of the Attorney General); or their heirs, devisees, legal representatives, successors and assigns: Whereas, a complaint has been presented by the Town of Great Barrington, Berkshire County, said Commonwealth; to foreclose all rights of redemption from the tax lien proceeding described in said complaint in and concerning a certain parcel of land situate in the Town of Great Barrington in the County of Berkshire and in said Commonwealth, bounded and described in said complaint as follows: A certain parcel of land, more or less, and buildings thereon, recorded in the Southern Berkshire Registry of Deeds. Book: 693 Page: 321 Assessors Map and Parcel: 00019-000000-00149 Location: 347 Main Street Great Barrington, MA If you desire to make any objection or defense to said complaint you or your attorney must file a written appearance and an answer, under oath, setting forth clearly and specifically your objections or defense to each part of said complaint, in the office of the Recorder of said Court in Boston (at the Courthouse located on Three Pemberton Square, Room 507 in Boston, MA 02108), on or before the twenty-fifth day of November in the year two thousand and twenty-four. Unless an appearance is so filed by or for you, your default will be recorded, the said complaint will be taken as confessed and you will be forever barred from contesting said complaint or any judgment entered thereon. And in addition to the usual service of this notice as required by law, it is ordered that the foregoing citation be published forthwith once in Berkshire Eagle a newspaper published in said Great Barrington.
