Cheshire Conservation Commission Public Hearing Notice Monday October 21, 2024, at 9:30AM 191 Church St -Community House- Meeting Room The Cheshire Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing beginning no earlier than 9:30am on Monday October 21, 2024, at the Community House Meeting Room located at 191 Church Street, Cheshire, MA 01225 to act on the following. A Notice of Intent (NOI) filed by NSTAR Electric Company d/b/a Eversource Energy (Eversource), for the implementation of the Transmission Right-of-way Reliability Program (TRRP) on the WT-02 right-of-way (ROW) in Cheshire. The proposed TRRP will increase the maintained ROW width to an average width between 200 and 250 feet by cutting incompatible trees Any member of the public is invited to attend and provide comments to the Commission. Written comments may also be submitted to the Commission prior to the hearing by mailing them to the Conservation Commission, Town of Cheshire, 191 Church St, Cheshire, MA 01225 or by emailing them to the Executive Assistant, Mia Francesconi, at executiveassistant@cheshire-ma.gov.
