CITY OF PITTSFIELD NOTICE OF SPECIAL PERMIT PUBLIC HEARING PITTSFIELD CITY COUNCIL The City of Pittsfield in accordance with the provision of M.G.L Chapter 40A, Section 5, as amended, hereby gives notice to all interested parties that a public hearing will be held on the application of Walmart, Inc. for a Special Permit under Article 23-7 Section 7.833 of the Zoning Ordinance. The applicant proposes the construction of +/- 1500 square foot expansion of the principal structure and the addition of a pickup area at property located on 555 Hubbard Avenue. The Public Hearing will be held on October 14th, 2025, at 6:00PM by the City Council in the City Council Chambers at Pittsfield City Hall. The application is on file with the Department of Community Development Office, Room 205, City Hall, and with the City Clerk and may be viewed during regular hours (Mon-Fri 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.).
